Did I not tell you I love fancy things??? and that I am in pursuit in finding them on a cheaper price ??? (I belong to a working class family plus I am an OFW and being a Filipino living in the US,we don’t only live and spend for ourselves-we share our $$$ with our love ones in the Philippines-it’s part of our culture) so on that note, let me share how I styled our “FROZEN” inspired tree without spending a lot,so we could share more.
1.We recycled the same branches from our last years’ tree (here) but we spray painted them with silver this time.
2.All the silver and blue ornaments are from a yard sale including the snowflakes which we spray painted one side with silver as well.
3.Some of the boxes under the tree are from last year, most of them are from dollar tree and some of them are from Home Goods (I love this store).
4.All the ribbons are from Michaels 40% off.
5.The tree skirt cover is another good find from Home Goods.
6.All the lights are from last year.
7.And our tree was 50% off, which I bought the day after Christmas in 2011.
If you don’t call that frugal then I don’t know what is.
Have fun decorating your tree,If I have Christian Gray’s empire,I’m sure I wouldn’t have to do all that to come up with a frozen inspired tree, but I am not,so I have to find ways to have a fancy tree without sacrificing our budget.
Have fun decorating your tree,Merry Christmas and Good luck.
Thanx for visiting my blog,xoxo.
