I promise this is the last set of photos with a Christmas tree back ground this month.I just want to share a really easy dessert I tried last year,it’s called “pana cota”.Pana cota is an Italian dessert which means cooked cream,so if you’re ready here’s what we need.
1/3 cup skimmed milk
15 ml of knox unflavored gelatin powder or 1/2 oz.
2 and 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Easy right???,If you will look at my pana cota below, the one on the right has a light shade of yellow that’s because I used an eggnog,same measurements and instructions,I just substituted the heavy cream with an eggnog and added an extra 1/2 oz. of the knox gelatin powder.
