Yogurt Green Tea Face Mask

After the hustle and bustle from the Christmas rush, here’s a simple skin pampering trick to help rejuvenate our tired skin, this will not guarantee a face lift, but I promise if skin could talk it will thank you for this.

Today we are making our very own “yogurt honey green tea face mask”

INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp. PLAIN yogurt (flavored yogurt has a stinging effect to my skin)
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. matcha green tea powder

INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix 3 ingredients together.
Wash your face the usual way.
Apply your own concoction of matcha green tea mask to your clean face.
Leave for 5 minutes and rinse.

P.S. I tried to use the flavored yogurt but had a stinging effect, then I tried the plain yogurt and it felt better,I also licked my face and it was yummy,,,no ewwwwsss but maybe???

Good luck have fun and let me know what you think.

We’re done feeding our appetites it’s time to feed our skin, arigato.

FACT:
1.Yogurt contains zinc,B-vitamins,lactic acid and calcium.
2.Green tea is rich in anti oxidant.
3.Honey contains anti bacterial and hydrating properties.

Thanx for visiting my blog,xoxo.

    Bing,
I love this recipe, it sounds effective ( and delicious!) It is good to know what ingredients you are putting on your skin since it is absorbed into the bloodstream, great job!

Share your thoughts it's free and it's awesome, hugs binG.
